RETURN/REFUND POLICY

All Sales of Services or Products to support the Campaigns we endorse are final. Payments will be not be returned but can be applied as a credit only if agreed by management.

DELIVERY METHODS

Once payment is made, posted to our account and confirmed to have been received, services and/or product will be provided or delivered within 30 days unless otherwise, agreed between the parties. Products that need to be shipped will be sent by DHL or FedEx at the expense of the recipient.

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

All customer data is protected under the Data Protection Act, and will only be used for the purposes of completing your order. Your data may be used by Chancellors Corporate Services Limited and its affiliates but will not be sold to a third party. We value our customers and will endeavour to do our best to protect the security of your data and personal information.
