A native of Nassau, The Bahamas, Kenred Dorsett is the Managing Director of  Chancellors Corporate Services. A product of St. John’s High School, in Nassau, he went on to Boarding School in Leicestershire, England and attended Keele University, Staffordshire, England where he received a Dual Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law and Politics. He is a graduate of BPP Law School, London England, a member of The Honourable Society of Middle Temple, England and called to the Bar of England and Wales and the Bar of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Through Chancellors, Kenred is a licensed Financial and Corporate Services Provider. He is also a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent with The Bahamas Real Estate Association and a Certified International Property Specialist with the National Association of Realtors.

Kenred’s diverse professional experience includes work in the areas of housing, commercial real estate and resort development, corporate, environmental, immigration and estate planning, foreign direct investment and financial services law. He has counselled numerous small to medium sized businesses, non-profits and real estate developers from formation to operation. Kenred, who is also an adjunct Professor in Business Law, Medical Law & Securities Law, believes in educating clients on compliance and governance best practices. As an advisor, his primary goal is to streamline the legal process to allow non-profits and small businesses reduce risk, operate effectively and efficiently and spend more time focusing on their passion.

Kenred also serves on the Board of several non-profits, enjoys public speaking and freelance writing.
